PARD INDIA (Pragathi Association for Rural Development) is a pacemaker of change at the grassroots. Aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047 objectives, we work relentlessly on rural education, digital literacy, healthcare access, environmental sustainability, and, most notably, skill development of youth and women.

1.     Empowering the Youth for Building a Better Tomorrow through Quality Education

Viksit Bharat 2047 recognizes youth power as a catalyst and a beneficiary of change. PARD INDIA actualizes this by equipping rural youth with 21st-century skills, digital literacy, vocational training, and entrepreneurial guidance. Our Rural Education and Development (READ) Project prepares rural students to access quality education and career opportunities, promoting a culture of curiosity, leadership, and innovation.
